Junior Estimator

Pinpoint Solutions Contracting is currently seeking a Junior Estimator to work for a well renowned M&E company.

In this role they are looking for either a Junior M&E Estimator ready to move up or a Uni Graduate ready for their first role

You will need to have knowledge of or working towards the below;
- Analysing plans
- Creating bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs
- researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Creating Job files and Tender Files
- Formulating work scopes
- Creating and Building spreadsheets
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience as well as a full company package and benefits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Estimating: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
