Ø Experience dealing with a wide range of people in a professional environment; _(e.g., customer service; retail; outreach work; volunteer activities)_

Ø Worked in a driven environment/ fast paced environment meeting KPIs or deadlines.

Ø Worked in a challenging and multicultural environment.

Ø Experience completing administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

Ø Assist customers by coaching them and providing career/ job advice and guidance.

Ø Assess needs and barriers of customers by setting up action plans to help them find employment.

Ø Recommend training and employment opportunities to customers.

Ø Work with Jobcentres and local authority and a range of community associations.

Ø Reach targets and deadlines to ensure customers are placed into sustainable employment.

Ø Work alongside the Recruitment Managers to support work ready customers into employment.

Ø Deliver a high-quality service in line with Get Set UK’s expectations and values.

Ø Provide ongoing support to customers post recruitment (in work support).

Ø Use Customer service platforms to record customer’s progress.

Ø Create awareness amongst the employers about our company's vision of equal opportunities and values.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
