Elevation Recruitment Group are working on a brand new role with a global manufacturing business. As a Recruitment Advisor you will be reporting to the HR Business Partner, and working as part of the wider HR team. Key elements of this Recruitment Advisor role include but are not limited to:

- You will be managing the end to end Recruitment process on roles across UK and Ireland
- Providing line managers with Recruitment and Selection guidance and advice, along with supporting with job descriptions and offering guidance regarding policies, best practice and employment law
- Produce internal and external adverts
- Shortlisting, sifting CVs, interviewing and selection process
- Arranging face to face and telephone interviews including booking rooms, updating diaries
- Manage the Recruitment PSL and re-tendering process

A successful Recruitment Advisor will have the following attributes to fit in with this business:

- Previous experience is a Recruitment role is essential
- A successful Recruiter has excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Excellent organisation skills are required to balance a number of Recruitment projects whilst keeping good communication with all stakeholders throughout the process
