They are now recruiting for a Senior Accounts Executive to join their growing team based in Hull.

**Job Specification**

Main Duties:

- Promote efficiencies and best practice to the team, Client Services Director, and Senior Management Team.
- Comfortable promoting the business through effective networking with the AM and Senior Corporate Portfolio Managers
- With the senior management team, champion and support the new team structure that we are looking to implement.
- Develop new starters and assist in training and development where applicable.
- Desire to become an Assistant Manager as the next step in their career progression and demonstrate they have the ability and qualities of an assistant manager.
- Comfortable taking existing client and new client meetings, possibly on their own.
- Seek referrals from businesses and connections in the Hull area with whom the business already has a relationship.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.

**Essential Person Specification**
- Strategic thinking, part qualified accountant.
- Consistently leads by example and can demonstrate all of our clients Core Values.
- Comfortable to represent the business and attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
- Confident self-starter who thrives on business development and achieving results.
- Commercially astute with margin achievement at the forefront of all pricing negotiations.
- Relevant examples of new business gains and referrals from existing clients.
- Some networking experience and skills, comfortable in promoting and presenting the business to potential clients.
- Process driven to maximise revenues.
- Relationship Management.
- Excellent and proven communication skills and time keeping skills.
- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- Self-motivated.

**Salary negotiable dependant on experience.**
