Due to our partnership with a major Trust in the area, we are currently looking to recruit Cover Supervisors (KS3 / KS4) who want to work on a flexible, supply basis. You must have your own transport in order for you to commute to different schools within the area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage students during lessons in the teacher's absence
- Supporting students to undertake the set tasks provided for them
- Manage behaviour in your lessons in order to maintain a positive learning environment
- Use the provided resources to present the work that students need to complete
- Pass on any key information from the lesson back to school staff
- Foster good relationship with other school staff
- Follow school policies and procedures while on assignments

**Requirements**:

- Must have a degree (Essential)
- Ideally have some classroom experience with secondary-aged students or having worked in some capacity with this age-group, (Desirable)
- A basic understanding of the National Curriculum for England for KS3/4 (Essential)
- Right to Work in the UK (Essential)
- Experience working with children with SEN (Desirable)
- Good written and verbal communication skills (Essential)
- Able to maintain and promote safeguarding requirements (Essential)
- Ability to commute to schools within the given location (Essential)

Expected hours: 1 - 35 per week
