Pharmacy Branch Coordinator

Borno Pharmacy are currently looking for a full time Branch Co-ordinator to work at our Great Square, Braintree Branch. We are a family-owned business. Our priority has always been and will always be our Customers, Clients, Staff, and their wellbeing. We have 11 branches, plus a Head office in Witham.

An exciting role has arisen at our Great Square branch. We require a Branch Co-ordinator to work 40 hours a week, hours per day and working days to suit you. Our opening times are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 19:00 and Saturday 09:00 to 17:30.

Previous experience within a pharmacy setting is essential.

Hourly pay up to £12.50 per hour.

**Job Purpose**

To lead, coach and mentor the pharmacy team to achieve excellence, and provide exceptional customer care and patient safety. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to drive operational excellence through pharmacy sales and professional services. Together we will drive towards inspiring more positive and healthy lives and be the most **efficient**, **knowledgeable**, and **caring** pharmacy in town.

**Responsibilities - to include but not restricted to**:

- General branch management in partnership with the Responsible Pharmacist
- Communicating information to and from Head Office
- Allocation of staff duties
- Colleague admin: authorising holidays, reporting absence etc
- Management of all employed staff members
- Processing of branch documentation: supplier invoices, post
- Knowledge of using PMR systems
- Submission of all enhanced advance services
- Customer Liaison / Customer Complaints
- Ordering
- Excess stock checked daily to replenish shop
- Ensure cashing up is done daily
- Weekly banking on EPOS and cash to bank
- Dispensing medicines

**Experience required**
- Experience of leading, mentoring and developing a team
- Proven experience of developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of working within a Pharmacy environment or fast paced retail environment
- Microsoft office experience, Excel, Word, and Outlook
