Our client's factory operates on 12-hour shifts, encompassing nights (Sunday to Thursday morning) and days (Monday to Thursday).

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art machinery exclusive to the UK proficiently and safely to produce top-tier floor underlay materials.
- Engage in tasks such as manual handling, warehouse work, packing, and the processing of recycled materials.
- Comply with stringent time schedules, ensuring the smooth operation of the factory.
- Join their collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as required without being asked.
