A full time position has become available to join the team at Morgan H Lewis Estate Agents.

We are a family run estate agents, providing a personalised and professional service to the Wigan area and are the highest rated agents in Wigan.

**Key Skills required**:

- Prior experience in Estate Agency is required.
- Proven track record in generating new business for Estate Agency and Lettings.
- Local expertise and knowledge of Wigan and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrates a professional and positive approach.
- Strong negotiation skills.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5.00pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 12pm

**Salary**: £12,836.74-£30,000.00 per year
