**The role**
- Creating and maintaining accurate client records using MS Office.
- To forge successful professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and insurance companies, to improve and enhance the services we receive and provide.
- Preparing documentation for client meetings.
- Receiving and acting on instructions from the financial advisers.
- Processing New Business through to completion for life, pension, investment, and mortgage products.
- Creating and producing suitability letters and reports.
- Using various research and quoting systems.
- Obtaining product information from providers.
- Liaising with clients and product providers on outstanding documents and queries.
- Ensuring all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis.

**Who we are looking for**:

- You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a Financial Adviser practice is desirable, but not essential
- It is essential that you have a working understanding of using Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
- A friendly, motivated individual who is confident liaising with customers in a professional manner.
- Someone with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage your own time, as part of a small but busy team.
- A competitive salary dependent on experience.
- Ongoing coaching including support through qualifications if appropriate.
