The Phonics Lead:
To be eligible for this Phonics Lead role, you must have extensive experience teaching phonics, preferably using the Read Write Inc scheme. You must be a QTS or QTLS Phonics Lead, having worked with children with SEN before. You must be a conscientious PhonicsLead with a passion for working with children with additional needs. Having an understanding of the complex learning needs of the pupils is vital, not only for their learning progress but also so you can provide effective wellbeing support.
