Credit Controller

Process all booking received in accordance with the Sales Invoicing Policy onto the member management system (Gladstone G360).
- Core Credit control chasing failed payments and overdue debt
- Ensure that all bookings received are accompanied by the appropriate advance payment, direct debit mandate or purchase order number before being processed.
- Management of the BACS payments received into the bank and the correct allocation onto customers' accounts.
- Ensure zero tolerance on customer debt. Ensure any rejected direct debits are collected and any orders raised with a purchase order are paid promptly within the appropriate payment terms.
- Communicate with key stakeholders, such as customers and Centre based staff, to ensure that bookings are processed efficiently and in line with the policy and to ensure the companies facility occupancy and income generation is maximized.
- Process all credit notes and cancellations in line with the Companies cancellation policy.
- Produce sales invoices and credit notes in Sage 200 for a range of customers, ensuring relevant purchase orders are quoted and invoices are issued.
- Debt management for any outstanding invoices within Sage 200.
- Assist in the production of financial information to the business, such as account receivable reports.
