**Injection Mould Tool Maker Required**

Set in an idyllic location in Devon, our client are specialists in high precision Injection Mould Toolmaking. All aspects of tooling solutions from prototype tools, single cavity through to multi cavity high volume tooling, tooling repairs, refurbishment, and modification. Using their solid works package combined with solid cam and their highly skilled workforce, they are capable of manufacturing tooling at all levels, transforming a basic idea into reality with their extensive knowledge & experience.

**Injection Mould Tool Maker - Position Overview**
- Manufacturing of tooling parts using a full range of Tool room equipment from detailed customer drawings or 3D Models.
- Deliver estimated timelines, plan, execute and complete all activities related to mould tools assembly equipment and fixtures to customers’ expectations.
- Support the manufactures and validation of new tooling and to ensure the appropriate standard and quality of work delivered.
- Being vigilant of all tooling activities that have the potential to negate product validation or component specifications and providing preventative solutions.
- Monitoring the condition of the tool room equipment to appropriate standards.

**Injection Mould Tool Maker - Position Requirements**
- A Minimum of 3 years’ experience in housing new build projects.
- Time served or Toolmaker Apprenticeship is essential for the role.
- Can interpret technical drawing and 3D.
- Knowledge of CNC Milling & Spark Erosion would be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills in tooling & moulding.
- An excellent knowledge of moulding principles and process fault finding.
- Team player with a good work ethic.

**Injection Mould Tool Maker - Position Remuneration**
- Salary: £24K - £25K
- Monday - Friday 7:30-5:30
- Overtime
- Pension
- PPE
- On-site Parking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
