We have an opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to join us to provide an efficient Facilities service to our internal customers so that OneFamily can fulfil its strategic objectives.

**Purpose of the role**:
Your responsibilities will include general maintenance, storage, vending, catering, hospitality, purchasing and meeting room support. You will assist the Facilities Management team with contracts and the management of Contractors, together with refurbishments and any office relocations (internal or external moves). You will also oversee Health and Safety and be responsible for the implementation and management of the Health & Safety policy throughout OneFamily.

With experience in a similar role, we are looking for facilities Assistant with an understanding of health and safety legislation.
