The Marketing Data and Insight Associate is a technical role that sits within marketing and the wider Demand Generation function in the Workday business unit at Kainos.

Within the Workday business unit, we use the data-driven approach to plan, create and optimise demand generation activities. Data and insight help us learn who our buyers are and what they want. This enables us to create and execute laser targeted campaigns to fill our pipeline with highly qualified leads.

The Marketing Data and Insight Associate will work alongside our Data and Research Associate to document and implement best practices relating to data driven marketing. They will work closely with members of the marketing and SDR teams to understand campaign requirements, ensuring deliverables are created with the highest efficiency and quality.

**Your key duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Gather, sort and cleanse data from various sources to create segmented lists for campaigns.
- Use primary research and prospecting tools to capture the contact information of key personas in the decision-making unit within our target accounts.
- Create, manage and maintain segmented lists within our sales and marketing automation platforms to keep data fresh.
- Gather insight on target accounts to inform messaging for inbound and outbound campaigns.
- Support campaigns managers with the creation and execution of campaigns.
- Assist campaign managers with the monitoring and tracking of engagement during campaigns and reporting of results post campaign.

**MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS**:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Previous experience of building or maintaining lists within a Marketing Automation Platform such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM etc.
- Experience of employing online marketing research and analytics tools to gather information on target accounts.
- Good understanding of Microsoft.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics

**DESIRABLE**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, a CIM or IDM Professional Qualification in Digital Marketing (Certificate or above)
- An understanding of data-driven marketing principles.
- B2B Marketing Experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce or MS Dynamics
