Responsibilities to include:

- Manage a caseload of high end clinical negligence claims/multi-track cases
- Provide strategic advice to clients whilst adhering to safeguarding
- Review all relevant documentation with 100% accuracy and attention to detail
- Build and manage strong relationships with colleagues, clients and industry professionals
- Manage the department with a focus on growth and continued success

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years PQE with a proven track record in Clinical Negligence matters.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the capability to deal successfully with a diverse client base
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach
- A strong commitment to delivering a first class service and achieving positive outcomes.
