**Our Opportunity**

As our professional Logistics Coordinator reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing a seamless service for all movement of stock and goods throughout Head Office and between our Showrooms across the UK. Based within a dedicated Logistics Area in Head Office, this is a key position that will contribute to ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day tasks within our office. Our opportunity is based in our Glasgow Head Office; operating hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Accurately record inbound and outbound goods on a daily basis, taking care to meet agreed timescales and security processes, e.g. Insurance limits, in keeping with the transfer of high value items.
- Ensure all goods are packaged appropriately to ensure safe and secure delivery.
- Develop strong relationships with other departments and locations to ensure a smooth process and transfer of goods.
- Proactively track outgoing goods, where necessary, to ensure they are delivered on time.
- Manage supply requirements for the Logistics Area.
- Provide general administrative support to the Administration and Operations team as required.
- Pro-actively assist with additional administration tasks when requested by Management.

- An awareness of product being handled while maintaining a high-level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent organisational and effective communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
