**Job Outline**:
My client who is a developer of specialist Optoelectronic/Photonic products is now looking for an experience Optoelectronics R&D Technician.

Based at my clients development facility in Oxfordshire, you will have experience of either R&D or NPI work with a Photonics/optoelectronics company.

Working in close collaboration with all aspects of engineering, assembly and test, you will be involved with a wide variety of tasks including making improvements to product assembly and test across optical, photonic, cryogenic and laser systems.

In addition to this you will be undertaking optical alignment tasks, supporting product test/ collecting experimental data along with producing well-documented notes of builds, test procedures and status reports when required.

This will be an evolving role suitable to someone who enjoys an engineering challenge.
