Our client working to ensure 100% commitment at all times to Road Safety across the UK offering a bespoke service to all their clients, are looking to expand their team with the successful recruitment of a Workforce Planner based within the Forres area.
**Summary of Responsibilities (which are not limited to)**:
- Communicate & prepare all the daily work sheets for road operations accurately and promptly
- Carry out inductions to all newly appointment staff members
- Hold continuous communications with your team to ensure workload is manageable and delegate as and when required
- Manage the Health & Safety book for the depot and this will require frequent checks and updates
**Preferred Experience**:
- 1 year Traffic Management
- 1 year Logistics Planning
- 1 year within Workforce Planning
**Skills and Attributes expected for this role**:
- Ideally having experience in both strong Traffic Management or Operational Workforce Planning
- Ability to manage others
- Be comfortable working within a fast paced and demanding environment
- Have the ability to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines
- Flexibility to deal with workforce issues out of normal working hours
