Residential Conveyancer

Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established, highly reputable law firm on the Fylde Coast.

Along with competitive salary the offer additional annual leave and hybrid working.

**Role Responsibilities**

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a leading practice with an excellent reputation.

The firm offer a variety of services and you will be joining the friendly and supportive team in the conveyancing department.

You will be responsible for a mixed caseload of matters from inception to completion with support of a dedicated conveyancing assistant.

Your caseload will include:

- Purchases and sales
- Freehold and leasehold
- Shared ownership
- New builds
- Re-mortgages
- Transfer of equity
