**Position: Cover Supervisor** **Location: Warrington SEMH School** **Hours: Full-time and Part-time positions available** **Immediate Start**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring students remain engaged and focused.

**Covering Lessons**: Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher, ensuring continuity in the learning process.

**Building Relationships**: Establish positive relationships with students, providing support and encouragement.

**Flexibility**: Adapt to the dynamic nature of the school environment and contribute to the overall success of the school community.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs is desirable but not essential. A passion for making a difference is a must

**Qualifications**: A relevant degree or teaching assistant qualification is advantageous, but not mandatory.

To be considered for this position you will:

- have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
- have satisfactory references
- have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
