Dental Therapist (with Private Dentistry Option)

The Role:
We are seeking a qualified Dental Therapist who is enthusiastic about dental health and committed to providing high-quality care to patients of all ages. This role offers the unique opportunity to engage in both NHS dentistry and private practice, catering to a diverse client base.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct initial patient consultations, including assessing oral health conditions, reviewing medical history, and planning appropriate treatments.
- Provide preventative oral care advice and treatments to patients.
- Assist with orthodontic procedures (attachment placements and IPR) and provide care under the supervision of a dentist.
- Maintain patient records with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with dentists to provide comprehensive care.
**Requirements**:
- Qualified Dental Therapist, registered with the GDC
- Proven experience in dental therapy, with a strong foundation in both clinical and theoretical aspects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with patients.
- A commitment to high ethical standards and continuing professional education.
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest and capability in managing a private practice component.

**Salary**: £26.00-£36.00 per hour
