Global Fraud and Credit Control Services is a first line of defence control function in Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB), with the core purpose of supporting the entire customer fraud & credit journeys, and creating sustainable outcomes for the Customer and the Bank. It consists of core sub-functions: Credit Bureau Management; WPB Decision Systems; Underwriting Services; Collections; and Fraud.

WPB Fraud Transformation are a team of global fraud change experts that oversee and deliver a range of new and innovative technologies to ensure our customers can continue to conduct their daily banking safely and securely. We deliver large scale projects across multiple geographies and time zones as part of a multi-year portfolio of work which is constantly evolving due to the dynamic nature of the external fraud environment.

This advert is for a UK Data Delivery Lead to support an exciting multi-year Programme of work to implement a new Data centric Machine Learning based decision platform for Fraud Transaction Monitoring systems, architecture and processes.
- To understand and document as required all existing Fraud teams (including Fraud Management, Fraud Operations, Fraud Analytics) and their current processes in relation Fraud Transaction Monitoring
- To be accountable for working with the programme team and the wider Fraud teams to create optimal ways of working as we transition to the new Fraud decision engine and supporting data-centric, cloud based ecosystem.
- To create a suite of global artefacts for reuse for the future deployments as part of the multi-year roadmap
- To have end to end responsibility for all business readiness activities, including defining and planning, mobilisation and execution and transition to BAU and ensuring benefits realisation against key business outcomes.
- To be responsible for all governance activities to agree key decisions and artefacts in relation to business readiness and new ways of working.
- To provide strong stakeholder management and communications across a range of Global and Market representatives including Fraud Management, IT, Analytics, Operations and external Vendor Partners.
- The role will initially focus on the UK and will evolve to be a Global role and will be responsible for business readiness activities of all market level deployments

**Requirements**:
Principal accountabilities: Key activities and decision making areas;
- Provides expertise across the Fraud domain (Fraud Management, Fraud Operations, Fraud Analytics, Fraud IT, Fraud Product) and ensures all staff are ready to accept the new decision engine and embed the change successfully.
- Has excellent understanding of optimal Fraud processes across a wide range of Fraud teams
- Has appreciation of cross line of business Fraud requirements, understanding the nuances of each of them.
- Works with Operations teams to shape and optimise all elements of alert management including processes, procedures, decision engine user interface configuration and FTE forecasting
- Ensures that Analytics teams have robust processes, procedures and training in place to ensure the Fraud decision engine is calibrated from a business analytics perspective.
- Supports Analytics to ensure model, rules and supporting features are optimised and that the calibration process is stringently documented to ensure approvals from a model governance perspective to achieve the desired business outcomes.
- Works global and regional Fraud Management training teams to ensure a comprehensive and ongoing Fraud Transaction Monitoring training need is documented in to the BAU and new joiner trainer plans.
- Acts as a change leader for the business sponsor and leadership teams - is a visible leader for the programme and the delivery of agreed benefits aligned to strategic business outcomes.
- Plans and manages the implementation of all elements of business readiness, ensuring the transition from current state to target state is smooth and that the organisation and other change audiences are ready, willing and able to function in the new business environment.
- Works with The Fraud Transformation leaders and team and obtains buy-in, collaborates and influences senior management stakeholders for all key plans, commitments and change activities.
- Continually identifies and removes barriers to programme success
- Constantly looks for ways to optimize the speed to delivery.
- Ensure the right level of governance framework is in place to approve key decisions and artefacts.
- Manage governance forums and ensure that approval process meets bank’s stringent standards and is streamlined for efficiency
- Stakeholder management across a wide range of areas on the F24 programme including Fraud Management, Second Line of Defence, IT, Data, Analytics, Operations, Procurement, Legal and Vendor teams.
