Ar hyn o bryd rydym yn chwilio Partner Busnes Cyllid i gynorthwyo cenhadaeth ddinesig ac amcanion strategol y cwmni drwy hyrwyddo cyllid y sefydliad yn effeithiol a chwarae rôl allweddol yn cynorthwyo rhanddeiliaid allweddol i hybu newid diwylliannol a sefydliadol, a chyflawni’r nodau busnes cyffredinol.

**Beth fydd yn ddisgwyliedig ohonoch?**

Byddwch yn gyfrannwr allweddol wrth gynhyrchu’r cyfrifon rheoli misol, yn cynnwys dadansoddiad, rhagamcanion, llif arian ac adroddiadau busnes o fewn amserlen y cytunwyd arni.

Darparu dadansoddiad ariannol ac arweiniad i gynorthwyo’r Pennaeth Cyllid, yn ogystal â rhanddeiliaid ar draws y sefydliad, ar yr holl weithgareddau perthnasol, cynlluniau, targedau, ac ysgogwyr busnes.

Cynorthwyo i gynhyrchu’r gyllideb flynyddol a monitro misol drwy’r cyfrifon rheoli.

Cynorthwyo’r holl ffurflenni adrodd ar ddata yn cynnwys Cyngor y Celfyddydau, Comisiwn Elusennau a Swyddfa Ystadegau Gwladol.

**Beth fydd angen i chi ei gael?**

Bydd gennych gymhwyster mewn Cyfrifydd CCAB a byddwch yn gallu dangos tystiolaeth o ddatblygiad proffesiynol parhaus. Bydd gennych brofiad o reoli perfformiad a gwybodaeth KPI a dehongli'r canlyniadau a phrofiad o baratoi cyfrifon rheoli a statudol o fewn amserlenni byr. Bydd gennych y gallu i roi cyngor ariannol gwybodus a gwrthrychol i gydweithwyr.

**Beth allwn ni ei gynnig i chi?**

**Cyflog Cystadleuol**

**Gwyliau Blynyddol**

£32,000 - £34,000 per annum.

Mae gan gydweithwyr hawl i 25 diwrnod o wyliau blynyddol (pro-rata ar gyfer oriau rhan amser) bob blwyddyn wyliau lawn sy’n rhedeg o 1 Medi i 31 Awst. Mae gwyliau banc a chyhoeddus yn ychwanegol at hyn. Ar ôl 5 mlynedd, bydd eich gwyliau yn cynyddu i 28 diwrnod.

**Pensiwn**

Mae'r holl weithwyr wedi'u cofrestru'n awtomatig yng Nghynllun Pensiwn Rhanddeiliaid WNO (y "Cynllun") neu unrhyw gynllun pensiwn cofrestredig arall a sefydlir gan y Cwmni fel Cynllun Pensiwn Gweithle Cymwys, tri mis ar ôl ymuno â'r Cwmni, yn amodol ar fodloni meini prawf cymhwysedd penodol.

**Aelodaeth Campfa**

Mae'r holl weithwyr yn gymwys i gael y Cerdyn Corfforaethol Gweithredol a weithredir gan Gyngor Dinas Caerdydd sydd ar gael ar gyfradd is o 25% ac sy'n cynnwys cyfleusterau hamdden amrywiol ledled Caerdydd.
