The completion of the deal saw Company of Cooks become the group’s go-to operators in heritage and performance venues, art galleries and destinations. We are excited to be recruiting for a Front of House Assistant based at Grays inn.

**Key responsibilities**
- Serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the Company of Cooks style using the correct tools and presentation techniques.
- Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to the Company of Cooks standard.
- To assist with food preparation in kitchen to the Company of Cooks standard as required
- To set up service counters for service and keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the Company of Cooks standards.
- Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
