Café Supervisor

Café Manager

Working Schedule:
Tuesday to Friday 11am to 4pm | Saturday 10am to 4pm

**Duties**:

- Be exceptionally guest focused & engaged, delivering a high consistent standard in guest service and product delivery
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the café operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and develop café staff members
- Create work schedules and manage labour costs
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback and guest issues

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a café or restaurant setting
- Familiarity with food & drink production operations
- Proficient in food & drink deliverance skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Provenance Foodhall **is situated in the heart of Westhoughton a busy and bustling market town just outside Bolton. We have a great offering from a Butchers counter, cheese counter and a 55 cover Cafe that will be open 5 days a week and specialising in modern Brunch dishes.

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
