40hr Keyholder

**Job description**
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our UGG® retail store in our York designer outlet as a Key Holder

Working as part of a team you will drivesales whilst delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will make our customers feel welcome and at ease whilst shopping in our stores and share knowledge of our products, including key features and benefits. You will process transactions, receive deliveries, participate invisual merchandising, stock management, and support with opening and closing procedures.

You will be a fun, confident and welcoming person who is calm under pressure and relentless in your drive to deliver salesand exceptionalcustomer service. You will demonstrate pride and passion and befanatical about customer service, standards, and the UGG Brand. We are looking for real team players who are enthusiastic to who collaborates with others to get the job done and celebrate success.

Retailorcustomer service experience is not essential but would be beneficial, as would be additional language skills.
