An esteemed regional legal firm, celebrated for its distinction in the Legal 500, is currently seeking an adept Court of Protection Partner to join their esteemed team in Southampton.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- **Court of Protection**:_

Applications to the Court of Protection, including:

- Deputyship for Property & Financial Affairs
- Statutory Wills
- Trustee appointment and/or removal
- Lifetime Gifting
- Administration of financial affairs on behalf of Attorneys or Deputies
- **Powers of Attorney**:_
- Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Advising Attorneys and Deputies on their role and responsibilities when acting on behalf of a vulnerable person

Confidence, professionalism, and a welcoming demeanor are vital for building positive relationships within the firm and with clients. Initiative, ambition, adaptability, and flexibility are crucial attributes for success in this role, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.
