Pod Talent are pleased to be working with a world leading manufacturer of medicines to combat addiction and associated mental health difficulties. We are looking for an experienced Export Planner to join their UK team in their Hull head office (with hybridworking).

You'll be managing the export process for chemicals and materials manufactured in the UK out to countries in which the final product manufacturing processes take place (largely in the USA).

Key Responsibilities

As Export Planner, you will:

- Lead the despatch process to coordinate shipments and ensure on time export from warehouse
- Ensure all export permits for regulated products are in place to allow timely international shipments and customs processes
- Use SAP to look after stock and work with demand to maximise inventory and logistics efficiencies

Core Requirements
- Proven experience in a logistics and export coordination or planning role
- An industry background in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or other regulated product
- Understanding of customs processes and documentation
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP
- Confidence, autonomy, and tenacity
- High level of organisation, communication, and cooperation
