Construction Cleaner

OptimalFM are looking for a team of experience site cleaners to carry out a Builders Clean then Sparkle Clean on a large projects throughout Scotland.

Duties include:

- Removal of unused building and other materials
- Removal of all dust and particles
- Deep cleaning and polishing of all hard surfaces
- Deep cleaning of all carpets and flooring
- Window cleaning, including any blinds.
- Polishing of all glass, metal and mirrors
- Detailed cleaning of skirting boards and door frames
- Disposal of any and all rubbish
- Removal of any labels, coverings, or wrappings

**Experience**:

- CSCS certification essential
- Previous experience in construction cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various facilities. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to creating a clean safe and pleasant environment ready for handover.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flexitime
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
