Dock Worker

Opportunities available for experienced loading and unloading staff for our North Essex client ASAP start

You will need to be physically fit as the role will involve walking long distances and you will also be required to work outside in potentially adverse weather conditions on the dock.

You will be required to unload large containers containing various large items and repack containers ready for distribution which will involve pallet wrapping, checking container documents, sweeping yard and working areas and various other duties. You will be working within a large team and be able to work to instruction, **available at short notice and be able to work to a full 12 hour shift if required.**

**You must be happy working on a rota system and shift patterns may include nights and weekends.**

You will need steel toe cap boots with mid sole and ankle protection. All other PPE will be supplied

**Salary**: £13.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Harwich (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Harwich: Relocate before starting work (required)
