Applicant will work within a small team on a variety of small to medium domestic building projects and to work unsupervised when required.

Dependent upon experience and skill level the successful applicant will have the opportunity to lead particularly in their primary skill / trade.

This post would particularly suit carpenters / bricklayers / plasterers / decorators etc. and will be rewarded according to level of ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

**Salary**: £13.90-£18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newton Abbot: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Small construction works: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
