**Wanted**: Full-time organic grower for Five Acre Community Farm near Coventry

Five Acre Community Farm, a well-established CSA based outside of Coventry is looking for a
full-time grower. We are seeking a grower with experience to join our team producing organic
veg and fruit all year round for our community of about 90 households.

expected to play a key role in crop production and farm upkeep. The role is 4.2 days average
per week, annual salary starting at £20,620 pro rata with statutory holiday allowance
and a pension offered.

This is a great opportunity to work in a well-resourced growing operation alongside an
experienced farm manager with a committed steering group and volunteers. Five Acre Community
Farm supplies field scale organic veg to our members for 50 weeks of the year from our field and
polytunnels. We also have an orchard and perennial growing area.
