As Shift Supervisor at the Yeoman, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With passion for guest service and training great people, You’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.

You will bring your experience to the table, supporting the Management Team in leading the team to success. Through your passion and drive you will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoring each individual to be the best that they can be.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS SHIFT SUPERVISOR YOU’LL**

Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the duty manager when they are not around.

Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drinks, and other services to be proud of. Supporting your local community.

Be the role model and guide development within your team and within yourself.

Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW guests to keep them coming back.

Pay: From £11.94 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
