Summary

Flakefleet primary school is a fun and welcoming school with over 450 pupils ranging from aged 2 to 11. We require a one-to-one welfare assistant to provide support to a Year 3 child to ensure that the lunch break runs effectively and that the safety and welfare of the pupil is maintained. The post holder will support one student who has a diagnosis of cerebal palsay.
The main duties will be to provide a low level of support whilst the pupil is eating lunch and to ensure that they have full access to all our outdoor play provisions. The postholder will need to undertake child manual handling training to support this role.
