A great opportunity to gain experience in the property sector. We will help you gain your AIIC membership and accreditation.

A typical day involves travelling to our customers to collect keys so that you can atttend a number of properties to complete detailed reports. Then returning customer keys followed by proofreading and processing your evidence each afternoon.

**You must be willing to travel between counties on a day to day basis.**

Working hours are between 9 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday including occasional Saturdays and bank holidays, however, you will manage your own time.

**It is vitally important that you have excellent grammar as you will be dictating detailed reports on a daily basis.**

Our work covers Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.

On target earnings are between £24,0000 - £26,000 P/A based on a nominal basic salary and payment per job successfully completed. We also offer a mileage allowance scheme.

**About the Job**:

- **Field based**:

- Collecting keys from Landlords/Agents Carrying out Inventories/checkouts/check-ins/mid-term visits
- Taking photographs
- Taking meter readings
- Recording keys
- Editing/proofreading reports each afternoon/evening
- Uploading checked reports to our online portal

- Smartphone/Tablet
- Minimum C grade GCSE, or equivalent, in both Maths and English

**What we offer**:
We are an established & successful inventory/property services company working with large agents and property management companies. We will take care of typing your audio recordings and the majority of the admin work.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
