A relevant qualification in Building Inspection is required along with proven experience. You will be capable of carrying out site visits and have good negotiation and communication skills. You will be well organised and able to complete reports within therequired timeframes. You will be able to offer competent advice to householders and developers. You will be aware of the challenges facing the profession in relation to the Building Safety Bill and you are willing to respond to these to the best of your abilities,using your expertise you will make a valuable contribution to the future of the service.
