Head Baker

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and talented Head Baker to join the bakery team at The The train line in the heart of Seaburn Sunderland.

- Presentable for working in a food production environment and adhere to such legislation.
- Can deliver first class customer satisfaction through quality performance.

Job roles & responsibilities
- manage staff rotas
- Design and make new products
- Push sales
- Marketing meetings
- Meet deadlines of orders

**Salary**: £10.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunderland: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Baking: 2 years (preferred)
