Youth Mentor

**Youth Mentors are required to work with children and young people, in need of additional support to access their education and learning.**

This vulnerable and disadvantaged group of young learners, need positive and supportive role models - to give them the best chance of success for the future.

Empathy, understanding and commitment have never been so needed, as we mentor these students through their education journey.

The therapeutic aspects of sport, physical exercise, music and dance, are all ways our Mentors find common ground and inspire this vulnerable group of young learners.

**Free Team Teach positive behaviour management, de-escalation and physical intervention training will be provided for successful applicants.**

**The Long Term assignments pay between £100 - £120 per day (including £0.40 per mile in travel expenses) and the Permanent opportunities can pay up to £28,000.**

**You will be responsible for the wellbeing, happiness, and safety of the children and young people you will be supporting.**

**Salary**: £100.00-£120.00 per day
