Our client is a housing provider with properties across the UK. Currently they are seeking a Sheltered Scheme Manager to join their team on a temporary basis for a period of 3 months. The role offers a competitive hourly rate.

Duties will include:

- Responsible for the provision of a sensitive housing related support and tenancy management service to residents of the Sheltered Housing Schemes
- To provide a comprehensive range of housing related support and tenancy management tailored to meet the needs of the tenants including addressing and resolving a wide range of tenancy related issues building and promoting their independence whilst respectingtheir privacy
- Develop and maintain partnership arrangements with care and support agencies that support and sustain the tenancies of all residents and promote increased independence
- Ensure that the property and environment is well maintained through reporting issues and liaison with the appropriate maintenance staff and contractors
- Develop and promote both independent living and a sense of community within the scheme
- Day to day supervision cleaning staff and contractors
- Ensure legionella tests have been completed by maintenance staff and recorded correctly
- Ensure all electrical equipment has been PAT tested
- Ensure all alarms, detectors and other safety equipment has been tested in accordance with procedures
