**The Opportunity**

We have the opportunity for you to join our team as Stock Controller. This is a non-operational role who oversees stores systems, process improvements and controls which influence site inventory. Drive stores systems and process excellence. Manage site returnable equipment to ensure no liability to the business. Manage root cause analysis and all investigations associated with site inventory. Optimise the site material holding through inter-departmental collaboration, including write-off, obsolete, out of date or quarantined materials. In collaboration with internal departments oversee all racking compliance requirements including annual inspections to ensure the department meets all mandatory H&S regulations.
- Manage/Coordinate and track all Site Returnable Equipment
- Oversee and manage logistic stocktaking processes to ensure inventory accuracy remains >95%.
- Facilitate mandatory monthly and annual stocktaking audits
- On-Site/Off-Site Stockroom reconciliations
- Implement and oversee system process
- Positively manage obsolete and quarantined stock, ensuring asset risks are highlighted.
- Contribute to the medium/long term stores systems strategy in-line with site manufacturing excellence.
- To be flexible across shifts as the priorities dictate.
- Any other tasks designated by Logistics Department managers
- NVQ level 3 in Warehousing and Stock Control (Desirable).
- Previous experience of Warehouse Operations & Stock Management (Essential).
- Literacy/Numeracy
- Extensive knowledge of System 21 (Indigo)
- Experience in Data analytics
- Lean Six Sigma or DMAIC experience
- Reach, Counterbalance & Powered Pallet Truck Licence
