We're currently seeking a talented Design Draughtsperson who thrives in a dynamic setting. In this role, you'll provide invaluable support to production interfaces and the engineering team, crafting assembly and detail drawings for the esteemed Balmoral Tanks product line using Autodesk Inventor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate general arrangement, production, and detailed drawings, along with parts lists for Balmoral and client products based on in-house and client-provided information.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of engineering design, ensuring a continuous enhancement of design capabilities.
- Produce drawings and specifications that facilitate efficient functioning of contracts, projects, and production departments.
- Assist in the development of custom design software and techniques to stay at the forefront of innovation.
- Play a role in the company's cost reduction efforts.
- Contribute to maintaining engineering data through the use of data management software.
- Ensure timely delivery of information to meet client and in-house deadlines, with proactive communication about any anticipated delays.
- Adhere strictly to all relevant company procedures and policies while performing the aforementioned duties.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- HNC or HND in a recognized mechanical engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling software, with a focus on producing detailed design drawings, tolerancing, assemblies, and parametric modelling.
