**The Mortgage Paraplanner Role**

You will be a pragmatic problem solver with an in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, unparalleled experience with complex and unique income structures, ensuring compliance and record keeping is kept to the highest standards.
- Liaising with Mortgage Brokers, lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure each case is completed to the highest standard
- An in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market
- A thorough knowledge of complex income structures
- Keeping records and ensuring compliance throughout each case
- On-site weekly training sessions to ensure your industry/market knowledge is impeccable

- Based in the London Office
- £35k Salary
- 25 days Holiday

- You must have exceptional ability as a Mortgage Administrator
- Experience with HNW client cases
- Thorough understanding of complex cases and unique income streams
