Robertson Bell is working with a fantastic organisation to recruit an interim Payroll Accountant on an initial 6-month temporary basis, within a large and complex organisation. Following a recent restructure, this newly created payroll function is led bya fantastic Head of Payroll who is passionate about creating a successful and thriving payroll department.

**The main responsibilities of the interim Payroll Accountant include**:

- Reconciling monthly balance sheets and payroll balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assisting with month-end accounts and quarterly VAT returns.
- Enter and verify payroll data for compliance and accuracy.
- Ensure highly professional customer service is provided to internal stakeholders.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in administering payroll.
- Brilliant customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Previous experience in producing reports in excel.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a finance setting.
