**UX Designer - Climate Software**

Manufacture 2030 (M2030) is a fast-growth, purpose-led company working to accelerate progress towards the necessary carbon reduction targets needed to tackle the biggest challenge of our time. Our unique software platform and dedicated support services help global companies understand and reduce their Scope 3 emissions and other environmental impacts in their supply chains at scale.
We're looking for a UX Manager to join our growing product and engineering team, and put their human-centric design skills to use, helping businesses to meet ambitious decarbonization goals.
**Role overview**:
The Manufacture 2030 platform is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product used by some of the world's biggest businesses to engage with their supply chains, and help with their decarbonisation goals.
You will report to an experienced Senior UX/UI Manager, and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers. You will:

- Identify and solve design problems, creating wireframes to support new feature development.
- Help to solve general product related challenges, researching and prototyping solutions.
- Engage in customer research and testing (qualitative and quantitative) to validate design solutions, and improve and optimise platform use and value.
- Look after the end-to-end user experience and journey through the M2030 platform.
- Support the end-to-end development process, and testing.

**Skills and Experience**:
Must have:

- UX and Interaction design experience:

- Conducting UX research and contribute to the design process of new product / software features
- Wireframe/prototyping
- Usability testing
- Experience in UX writing would be a bonus.
- Comfort using design / prototyping tools such as Axure, Figma, or Adobe CC packages like Photoshop, Illustrator and XD.
- An interest in carbon/climate change.
- An analytical brain

**Education & Qualifications**:

- A relevant qualification in at Bachelors Degree/equivalent level,
- Or substantial working experience in design fields, such as UX, Web, or graphic design.
