Our client is looking to recruit both an experienced Sous Chef and a Chef de Partie to join their team in Whitstable. They are looking for passionate chefs to cook and present beautiful dishes in their bistro-style restaurant.

The working hours are Thursday to Sunday, 8 am-5 pm. The hourly rate ranges between £11.50 and £15.00 per hour, depending on the experience and level of the Chef.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- To cook to a high standard
- Assist with the training of other members of the staff
- To help with ordering and stock take

**Personal specification**:

- Experience of cooking bistro-style food
- Available to work Thursday to Sunday each week
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
