As a Retail Sales Assistant at Octave : - you must be able to demonstrate product knowledge to our customers in order to make the sales,allowing you to build a positive environment between us and our customers.

What We are looking For:

- We are looking for someone who is out going willing to try and learn new skills. Someone who is approachable, social skills are very important. Must be friendly Punctual and takes care of their appearance.

Experience is not necessary as we give training to provide becoming either a Sales person or a future Manager/Manageress for our store.

You will provide excellent service to customers with politeness.

You will be taught product knowledge in order to be good at your job.

We work as a team and support each other in order to make the store more successful, which benefits us all on a long term basis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Providing and engaging a convenient service for our customers
- Delivering sales,outstanding customer experience
- Maintaining personal and productive goals
- Connecting with every customer by asking open-ended questions to access needs
- Ability to learn products to fit customers needs
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently with our POS Systems (Point Of Sale) Systems. You will receive training with this if selected for a career with Octave.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 0 + months or retail experience
- Motivated to achieve great results
- Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
- A friendly and a positive demeanor at all times
- Fluent in Speaking English
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Basic math skills for processing transactions

**DURATION**:

- 3 - 6 months
- **The amount per hour will depend on your age and payable according to the national minimum wage.**

**Salary**: £5.28 -£10.42 per hour
