This recruitment agency is a rapidly growing, specialist recruitment agency in the Supply Chain & Logistics sector, operating across the UK & USA.
The business has been set up since 2019 and has seen incredible growth, with a team of 15 and plans to expand throughout 2023 and beyond.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join the team in their new Salford Quays office and play a crucial role in their continued growth.
You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for their clients in the Supply Chain & Logistics sector.
They have 2 teams: UK Team & USA Team
The UK team works normal hours but if you want to be part of the USA Team, they work from 12:30 pm till 10:30 pm (Mon-Thurs), with an earlier finish on Friday (5:30 pm). It’s perfect if you're not a morning person
They offer a starting salary of £21-23k, with the opportunity for significant earning potential as you progress in your role.
1st Year OTE of £40,000. Year 2 £60,000. Year 3 £80,000
Their benefits package includes company holidays (they recently went on a skiing trip), monthly lunch clubs to fine dining restaurants for the top performers, and quarterly company incentives.
At the end of 2023/the start of 2024, they will be opening a new office in Texas, USA, and you will have the opportunity to relocate and join them in their exciting expansion plans (If you are on the USA team).
The company has a great track record of developing the team, and there are many examples of people in the business who have been promoted several times in their first few years. They have a great in-house training program.
You won't just be thrown in at the deep end as a lot of recruitment agencies do. Initially, you will work as a resourcer, then start looking after some accounts, and then eventually develop your own clients.
They are looking for bright, enthusiastic, money-motivated individuals with a great work ethic to join the team.
