**Working environment: Three days on Campus and two from home**

**Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week**

**Job purpose**:

- As part of a wider team, our
- **Librarian** will manage campus library operations and support one or several of QAHE’s university partnerships. This will include delivering information literacy training and liaison work with QAHE academics and librarians at partner institutions. You will also assume some other responsibilities, e. g. in acquisitions, systems management or supporting neurodiverse students. This is a full-time role with a hybrid (on-campus and remote) working pattern.**About you**:

- If you have experience of working in library, information and/or education environments, and have an awareness of the HE environment and relevant pedagogies, then we’d like to hear from you.**We’d love you to have**:

- Awareness of information literacy development theory and practice
- Awareness of relevant technologies: LMS, ebook libraries, research databases, generic and specialist search engines, VLEs and other eLearning solutions; web and video content production
- Proved track of knowledge and content creation
- General education to degree level (essential)
- Professional qualification accredited by CILIP or equivalent, or professional registration, e.g. Chartership (desirable).

We’d also love you to want to progress Currently all our students are Under-Graduates, but this will be changing in the not-too-distant future, so you’ll need to be comfortable in this environment.
