Manchester, United Kingdom Coop Full time

**Supplier Engagement Delivery Planner**
£32,000 - £40,000 plus benefits (Work Level 6A)
Manchester city centre, hybrid

We’re looking for a Supplier Engagement Delivery Planner to join our supplier engagement team and help us get the very best out of our supplier relationships. In this role you'll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and the office (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

In this role, you’ll support us to successfully deliver sustainable improvements to our commercial operating model, finding ways that we can fully optimise our systems and processes, and embedding change projects. We’ll look to you to collaborate with our project manager to turn valuable feedback from our suppliers into an annual plan for improvements, working cross-functionally with our teams to make sure change is delivered effectively. If you’re from a trading or Supply Chain background and you’ve got a collaborative and cross-functional approach, then we can offer you the chance to grow your career and really make an impact across Co-op.

**What you’ll do**
- Work with a pre-agreed portfolio of projects as signed off by the business, and provided by our supplier engagement senior manager
- Input into project plans and self-manage workload across a wide span of projects
- Create compelling internal and external documents to communicate clear change messages
- Work with central events and central communications teams to ensure on time delivery of relevant communications
- Focus on excellence in delivery and embedding of plans
- Manage, and escalate as required, any issues which may have a negative impact on the delivery of a plan
- Collaborate with peers to ensure any overlap in projects is appropriately managed
- Manage the handover of projects to the learning & development team for learning content creation

**This role would suit people who have**
- Experience in trading or supply chain
- Excellent analytical skills
- The ability to problem-solve and deliver creative, effective, and actionable solutions
- Strong and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence colleagues and external partners
- The ability to learn quickly, pick up a lot of different concepts and work cross-functionally

**Why Co-op?**

If you have the skills that we need, we can offer you a competitive salary and great benefits package which includes 30% off Co-op branded products in our food stores (as well as other discounts on Co-op products and services).
- An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
- 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
- A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
- Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
- Coaching and training to support your career development
- Wagestream app - giving you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn
- YuLife app - rewarding you for exercising with discounts and vouchers for your favourite brands

At Co-op, we’re proud to do things a different way. As one of the world’s largest co-operatives, owned by millions of members, community is at the heart of what we do. Since our Co-op was founded in 1844, we’ve had a clear social purpose, and everything we do as a business helps to build a fairer world for our members, customers, colleagues, and communities.

**Building a diverse environment**

We'll ask whether you’d like to be considered under the Disability Confident scheme when you apply.

If we invite you to take part in the recruitment process for any of our jobs, we’ll ask you if you need any reasonable adjustments to enable you to participate.
