- Job Title: Supply/ Warehouse Operative

- Mornings 6am - 2pm (6-11am Friday)
- Afternoons 2pm - 10pm (11am - 4pm Friday)- 37.5hours a week

- Team Leader / Inventory Controller- Summary/Objective
- The Supply Operative is responsible receiving, kitting and dispatching all goods / products.
- Essential Functions

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to the 5S principles.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
- Check goods delivered to ensure that the quantity of parts received matches up with quantities advised.
- Book goods into stock on the ERP system and locate goods into correct stores areas.
- Manage reject returns back into the supply area.
- Pick goods against a picking list, advice note or consignment listing.
- Action the picking list on the manufacturing system to update stock figures.
- Ensure that all goods are adequately packed and wrapped.
- Deliver goods to designated areas - internal and customer premises.
- Ensure that goods delivered to customers are signed for and delivery notes are filed in accordance with the company procedure.
- Co-ordinate deliveries to and from sub-contractors.
- Any other ad hoc duties that arise as the company requires.

Work Environment
- This job operates in number of areas. This role routinely uses standard equipment such as computers, phones, and printers/photocopiers and fork lift trucks.
- Physical Demands
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job; mobility to navigate all workshop areas and offices and to use computer technology and operate equipment within the department.
- Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time, minimum 37 hours per week position. Hours of work are Monday through Thursday 8 hours per day and Friday 5 hours per day. The position is expected to work extended hours (paid) occasionally to ensure success of critical projects and business activities. Must be willing to work shifts.

- 1. Basic computer literacy.
- 2. Previous experience in a similar role.
